Avoid calls to google servers

daum3ns requested to merge daum3ns/nodl-admin-private:avoid-calls-to-google-servers into nodl-dev

PR just removes the calls to google servers from the css files. Page rendering looks good on my nodl-two (linux, firefox). however, maybe we should consider removing references to the "Lato" font completely from these files..
